Our next Mindfulness Course is being hosted by Tricia Wilkie on June 26th from 7.30-9.30pm. Cost is £20.00 with a max of six people.
A friendly and informal evening, the session will include some theory about what mindfulness is, a little bit about the neuroscience around it, how it might benefit your life at this moment and beyond and of course lots of guided practice.
There will, of course, be lots of opportunities to ask any questions you may have. Please wear some loose comfortable clothing and bring with you a small cushion/ pillow, a light blanket and a yoga mat (if you have one), to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible.
